Terms & Conditions:
1. If the product (vials) are puffed up, or the seal has been tampered with before it was delivered to/purchased by you, you may write to us at info@grasmicrobe.com along with photographs of the product.
2. You are eligible to apply for refund/exchange within 7 days from the Date of Purchase.
3. Exchange is only available for the same products – you cannot apply to exchange one product for another.
4. Refund will be made within 7 days of the acceptance of the refund request.
5. There will be no refund or exchange if the consumer has consumed any part/portion of the product.
6. We do not have a return policy on our products – we follow refund/exchange policy.
