Shipping Policies

Shipping Cost is calculated on ‘Per Order” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometime offer Free Shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, on select occassions.

Shipping Timing:

You can see each order’s estimated time of delivery on the product page and during the checkout process.

Entering your shipping destination PIN/ZIP Code, or allowing www.grasmicrobe.com to use current location result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the ETA.

If for some reason you don’t receive your product, you may be eligible for a refund/replacement product.

Please note that based on size, weight or restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, certain PO box addess. If you stipulate a PIN Code/PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.
